IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 63 - 59 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ANNEXATION OF SAN LEANDRO <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, UNIT NO. 84 <br />(Dallman) <br />Whereas, the City Council of the City of San Leandro on <br />August 26, 1963, in response to the written petition of Dallman Supply <br />Company, a partnership, passed its Resolution No. 63-167 and thereby <br />duly and regularly initiated proceedings to annex the hereinafter <br />described territory; and <br />Whereas, prior to the filing of the above -mentioned petition, the <br />proposal for the annexation of the hereinafter described real property <br />to the City of San Leandro was submitted to and reported upon to the <br />proponents thereof by The Alameda County Boundary Commission of the <br />State of California, with respect to the matters provided by law <br />therefor; and <br />Whereas, said resolution specifically described the boundaries of <br />the territory so proposed to be annexed to this City; designated such <br />territory by an appropriate identification; contained a notice of the <br />place, hour, and day, not less than fifteen nor more than sixty days <br />thereafter, when and where any person owning real property within such <br />territory so proposed to be annexed and having objections to the pro- <br />posed annexation might appear before this Council and show cause why <br />such territory should not be so annexed; declared that such proceed- <br />ings were initiated in response to a written petition therefor signed <br />by the owners of said territory, representing all of the assessed value <br />thereof; and <br />Whereas, the City Clerk of this City duly caused a copy of said <br />resolution to be published at least twice, but not oftener than once <br />a week, in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City, <br />to wit: in THE MORNING NEWS on August 30 and September 6, 1963, and <br />
