Section 4. A new section to be known as Section 7-2-214 is hereby <br />added to Title VII, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, to <br />read as follows: <br />"Section 7-2-214: On October'728, 1963, by Ordinance No. 63 - 59 <br />the San Leandro Industrial District, Unit No. 84 (Dallman Supply Company) <br />was annexed to this City." <br />Section 5. The aforesaid property known as the San Leandro In- <br />dustrial District, Unit No. 84 is hereby zoned as General Industrial <br />or 1-2 District. <br />Section 6. This Ordinance shall be published once, prior to its <br />final passage in the official newspaper of this City, and shall take <br />effect upon its adoption. <br />Introduced by Councilman Suerstedt on the 14th day <br />of October, 1963, and passed to print by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Cheatham, Gill, Suerstedt, Swift; <br />and Mayor Maltester ( 5 ) <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Councilmen: Kant, Taylor <br />Attest: <br />Richard H.
