IN THE CCTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 63 m 6IL <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT <br />(Dallman Supply Company) <br />Whereas, a contract with the Dallman Supply Company has <br />been presented to this Council; and <br />Whereas, the City Council is familiar with the contents <br />thereof; and <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended the execution <br />of said agreement: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Le- <br />andro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said contract be and the same hereby is approved <br />and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />the same on behalf of this City. <br />Introduced by Councilman Suerst e'-` and passed and <br />adopted this 6th day of May, 1963, by the following called <br />vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen s Cheatham, Kant, S9iirr.stadt, <br />Sidft; and Mayor Ma"=tester ( ) <br />Noes: Councilmma None ( �) <br />Absent: Go-aaca1rnvn.0 G� J 1, Tay,Lx ( ) <br />Attest: <br />Jack D.
