Alameda County Boundary Commission <br />Court House <br />1225 Fallon <br />Oakland, California <br />Gentlemen: <br />The undersigned, City of San Leandro, has been requested <br />to take the necessary steps to have annexed to the City of San Le- <br />andro the real property hereinafter mentioned. Said property is <br />now a part of the City of Oakland, Alameda County, California, but <br />is to be detached therefrom prior to annexation to San Leandro. <br />Therefore, the City of San Leandro proposes to initiate proceedings <br />to annex the hereinafter described territory on its own motion. <br />Said territory is contiguous to the City of San Leandro. <br />The proposal for the annexation of the hereinafter described <br />parcel of real property is hereby respectfully submitted to the <br />Alameda County Boundary Commission for a report to the proponent, <br />City of San Leandro, by said Alameda County Boundary Commission in <br />accordance with law. <br />The real property hereby proposed to be annexed to the City of <br />San Leandro is all that land situated in the City of Oakland, Ala- <br />meda County, California, more particularly described in the annexed <br />''Exhibit A'' which ''Exhibit A'' is hereunto attached, hereby referred <br />to, and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth herein. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of San Leandro has authorized and <br />directed its City Attorney to submit this proposal for annexation <br />to the Alameda County Boundary Commission. <br />Dated: <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />By <br />aw <br />Arthur M.
