PROPOSAL TO THE BOUNDARY COMMISSION <br />Boundary Commission of the County of Alameda <br />Court House <br />1225 Fallon <br />Oakland, California <br />Gentlemen: <br />The undersigned, City of San Leandro, has been requested to take <br />the necessary steps to have annexed to the City of San Leandro <br />a4-1 q,W that property now situate in the City of Oakland, Alameda <br />County. California (to be detached therefrom) . Therefore, the <br />City of San Leandro proposes to initiate proceedings to annex <br />the hereinafter described territory on its own motion. Said <br />territory is contiguous to the City of San Leandro. The proposal <br />for the annexation of the hereinafter described parcel of real <br />property is hereby respectfully submitted to the Boundary Com- <br />mission of the County of Alameda for a report to the proponent, <br />City of San Leandro, by said Boundary Commission in accordance <br />with law. <br />The real property hereby proposed to be annexed to the City of <br />San Leandro is all that land situated in the City of Oakland, <br />Alameda County, California, more particularly described in the <br />annexed SakiRmIx "Exhibit A" which "Exhibit A" is hereunto attached, <br />referred to, and made a part hereof as fully as though set forti'i <br />herein. <br />In Witness Whereof, the City of San Leandro has authorized and <br />directed its City Attorney to submit this proposal for annexation to <br />the Boundary Commission of the County of Alameda. <br />Dated: <br />CITY OF SAN LEAsIDRO <br />By <br />Arthur M.
