FROST Executive Director <br />Transmitted herewith are five conies of <br />proposed Agreement between the Port of Oakland -.nd <br />City of San Leandro, dated January 25, 1961, con- <br />cerning the discharge of storm water and the use of <br />the sanitary sewer of the City of San Leandro. The <br />contract is in the same form as that previously sub- <br />mitted to you except that there has been added the <br />last sentence of Paragraph 5 in accordance with our <br />recent correspondence. <br />I understand that you will submit the Agree- <br />ment to the City Council for authority to enter into <br />it and will secure the signature of the Mayor and <br />City Clerk a-nd the attachment of the City seal. When <br />this has been done, kindly return the four bluebacked <br />copies, retaining the fifth copy for your files pending <br />execution by the Port.
