W �ft <br />. V <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. C.M.S. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br />(Port of Oakland) <br />Whereas, a certain agreement dated February 1961, be- <br />tween the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, and the <br />City of Oakland, a municipal corporation, acting by and through <br />its Board of Port Commissioners, has been presented to this <br />Council; and <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended that this City <br />Council approve said agreement; and <br />Whereas, this City Council is familiar with the contents <br />thereof: ; <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement be and the same hereby is approved and <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same <br />on behalf of the City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Councilman and passed and <br />adopted this day of February, 1961, by the following <br />called vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: <br />( ) <br />Noes: Councilmen: ( ) <br />Absent: Councilmen: ( ) <br />Jack D.
