AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLETION OF ANNEXATION <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA ) <br />Richard H. West being first duly sworn, deposes and says: <br />That he is now and at all times herein mentioned was the <br />duly appointed, qualified, and acting Clerk of the City of <br />San Leandro, a municipal corporation, and ex officio Clerk of <br />the City Council of said City. <br />That by proceedings under the Annexation of Uninhabited <br />Territory Act of 1939, and amendments thereof and additions <br />thereto, and particularly under the provisions of Section 35310.1 <br />of the Government Code of the State of California, initiated by <br />the City Council of the City on May 4, 1964 by its Resolution <br />No. 64-107 and completed by said City Council on May 11, 1964 <br />by final adoption of its Resolution No. 64-114, said City annexed <br />the territory referred to in that certain certified copy of the <br />boundary description as set forth in such proceedings and map <br />delineating such boundary which are annexed hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br />That all requirements of the laws relating to such proceedings <br />have been complied with. <br />Witness my hand this 18th day of May, 1964. <br />City Clerk and ex officio Clerk of <br />the City Council, San Leandro, <br />Alameda County, California <br />- Sub-sc-- i bed and sworn to before me <br />this 18th day of May, 1964. <br />(R.
