Homer Hamlin, Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT Legal description - Property proposed to be deannexed from City of San Leandro <br />1 1 have checked the legal description contained in Resolution No. B4882 of the Board <br />2 of Port Commissioners of the City of Oakland and the description contained in the letter <br />3 from Southern Pacific Company dated May 29, 1956, addressed to the Honorable City Council <br />4 of the City of San Leandro, against the legal description LD-60-20 and certify that the <br />5 descriptions in said resolution and letter are descriptions of the same parcel of property <br />6 though couched in different terms. Both of these descriptions are correct legal descrip- <br />7 tions of the property proposed to be deannexed from the City of San Leandro and annexed <br />8 by the City of Oakland. <br />9 <br />G.
