D R A F T <br />EAG:gl <br />10/28/63 <br />RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE DETACHMENT <br />OF CERTAIN TERRITORY FROM THE CITY OF <br />OAKLAND AND CONSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION <br />THEREOF TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO. <br />WHEREAS, that certain territory hereinafter described is <br />now situate within the Cityof Oakland; anp (�`' <br />d ��Cl ✓�T� <br />WHEREAS, the written consent/of at least two-thirds of the <br />freeholders within said territory holding at least two-thirds in value of <br />the real property in said territory has been received; now, therefore, be <br />it <br />RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Oakland hereby <br />consents to the detachment from the City of Oakland of aforesaid and <br />hereinafter described territory pursuant to Section 35304 of the Government <br />Code of the State of California so that the same may be annexed to the <br />City of San Leandro.
