&5 Xrzn"-A� <br />LOCAL AGENCY FORP+m.ATION COMMISSION OF AL4MMA COUNTY <br />RESOU"ION NO. 65-1 <br />wHZRERS, there was submitted to the Local Agency Formation Com- <br />mission on May 6, 1965, a proposal for "San Leandro Industrial District <br />Unit No. 87, Doolittle Drive Properties Annex" to the City of San Leandro <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation C00nissiou did at its meeting on <br />June 24, 1965, hold s public hearing on such proposal; and, <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in the Comission by Chap- <br />ters 6.5 and 6.6 of Part 1, Division 2, Title 5, of the Government Code, <br />and in consideration of the requirements of said chapters, the Commission <br />has considered the proposal and the facts necessary to a determination of <br />said matter and finds that the interest of the City of San Leandro and the <br />planned growth. of the area would be better served by annexation of the' en- <br />tire unincorporated island. <br />Now, T�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for "San Leandro <br />Industrial District Unit No. 87, Doolittle Drive Properties Annex" to the <br />City of San Leandro is approved by the Local Agency Formation Comission, <br />subject to the modifications aad conditions that: <br />1. The proposal be modified to include all of Assessment Parcel <br />No. 79A-422-3-1 and State -assessed parcel NO. 872-1-117C, <br />Parcel 15. <br />2. The map and description be revised to include the parcels <br />identified in subparagraph 1, above, and that the revised <br />map and description conform with the corrections recom- <br />mended by the Boundary Commission in its Report No. 886 <br />anr_ are approved by the Alameda County !u: veyor. <br />3.
