Forbes, City irtorney <br />SUBJECT District - Doolittle Drive <br />1 Resolutions are being prepared to initiate the proposed sewer assessment district <br />2 at Doolittle Drive and Eden Road. in order to proceed with the assessment, we will <br />3 ' need a description of the proposed sewer assessment district and a reap of the proposed <br />a district. The map should be prepared in such Manner that it will be suitable for <br />5 recording under the provisions of the Irlprovel�nat Fct of 1911. <br />6 Please fill me in on the present status of this proposed district in relation <br />7 to the question of jurisdiction. it is my understanding that you have instituted action <br />a to obtain from llameda County their authorization to proceed with this assessment <br />9 ,district, including certain unincorporated territory. <br />10 Tnis raemo will further verify my agreement to proceed with the Resolution of <br />11 preliminary determination as an assurance to the property owners of the intent of the <br />12 City to proceed with this District.
