j lw% IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO> 65 - 236 RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF SAN LEANDRO INDUSTRIAL D9STRICT UNIT NO. 87 (Doolittle Drive Properties) Whereas, this City Council has received written requests from the owners of not less than one-fourth of the territory hereinafter described by area and by assessed value as shown on the last equalized assessment roll of Alameda County, in which said territory is situated, for the annexation to the City of San Leandro of the territory owned by them; and Whereas, said territory is uninhabited as defined by the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939; and Whereas, the proposal for annexation of the hereinafter described real property to the City of San Leandro was submitted to and reported upon by the Alameda County Boundary Commission and the Local Agency Formation Commission of Alameda County, as required by law, and said proposal was approved as herewith submitted; and Whereas, the territory hereinafter described and proposed for annexa- tion is situated within a proposed assessment district, the Doolittle Drive - Eden Road Sewer Assessment District, Assessment District 83, and said territory proposed to be annexed will be benefited by the work and improve- ments to be constructed within said assessment district; and Whereas, it would be to the mutual advantage of City and the owners of said territory that said territory be annexed to the Citye Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of San Leandro on its own motion proposes to annex to the City of San Leandro the property hereinafter described, which property is hereby designated as "San Leandro Industrial District, Unit No. 87 (Doolittle Drive Properties);"
