That the City Clerk of the City of San Leandro is hereby directed <br />to cause a copy of this Resolution to be published at least twice, but <br />not more ofter t.har, once a week, it The Mcrnirg News, a newspaper of <br />general circulation published in the r ty of San Leandro, and also in <br />The Inter -City Express, a newspaper of general circulation published out- <br />side of the City of San Leandro but in the County of Alameda in which is <br />located said territory to be annexed. Said publication shall be completed <br />at least 20 days prior to the date herein set for hearing. <br />That the City Clerk of the City of Sar Leandro is hereby directed <br />to cause written notice cf this proposed annexation to be mailed to each <br />person to whom land within the territory proposed to be annexed is assessed <br />in the last equalized county assessment roll available on this date, at <br />the address shown on said assessment roll or as known to the City Clerk, <br />and to any person who has filed his name and address and the designation <br />of the lands in which he has any interest, either legal or equitable, <br />with the City Clerk.
