EXHIBIT BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the northwesterly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of San Leandro under Ordinance No. 846 N.S., a map of which was filed November 16, 1951 in Map book 32 at page 28 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, with the northeasterly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of San Leandro under Ordin- ance No. 860 N.S. a map of which was filed January 31, 1952 in Map Book 32 at page 46 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, said point being also a point on the northeasterly right of way line of Doolittle Drive, as said right of way line is delineated on last said map, and running thence northeasterly along the aforesaid north- westerly boundary line of territory annexed to the City of San Leandro under Ordinance No. 846 N.S. to an intersection thereof with the south- westerly line of the Southern Pacific Company right of way, 60 feet in width; thence southeasLerly along said southwesterly right of way line, said right of way line also being the easterly line of aforesaid terri- tory annexed under Ordinance No. 846 N.S., to the western corner of that certain territory annexed to the City of San Leandro under Ordinance No. 63-59, a map of which was filed November 18, 1963 in Map Book 43 at page 22A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence easteriy along the northerly boundary line of said territory annexed under Ordin- ance 63-59 to an intersection with the westerly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of San Leandro under Ordinance No. 723 N.S., a map of which was filed December 12, 1946 in Map Book 9 at page 46 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence northerly along the westerly boundary line of said territory annexed under Ordinance 723 N.S. to an intersection with the southerly boundary of that certain territory annexed to the City of San Leandro under Ordinance No. 831 N.S., a map of which was filed April 17, 1951 in Map Book 29 at page 92 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence along the southerly and southwesterly boundary of said territory annexed under Ordinance 831, westerly, northwesterly, westerly, and northwesterly to an intersection with the southerly boundary of aforesaid territory annexed under Ordinance No. 723 N.S.; thence westerly along said south boundary line to an inter- section thereof with the aforesaid northeasterly boundary line of territory annexed under Ordinance No. 860 N.S. and said northeasterly right of way line of Doolittle Drive; thence southeasterly along last said northeasterly boundary line to the point of beginning.
