w <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE NO, lO(OS- N.S. <br />AN ORDINANCE CONSENTING TO THE ESTABLISH- <br />MENT OF COUNTY HIGHWAYS IN MULFORD GARDENS <br />Whereas, the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County has, pursuant to <br />the provisions of Article 3 of Chapter 9 of Division 2 of the Streets and <br />Highways Code, by a resolution adopted by four -fifths of its members, be- <br />ing Resolution No. 84156, adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Alameda <br />County, California, on June 27, 1957, declared that all highways which <br />were County Highways within the areas identified as "Mulford Gardens" at <br />the time of annexation thereof to the City of San Leandro on the 28th day <br />of May, 1957, as certified by Frank M. Jordan, Secretary of State of the <br />State of California, shall remain such-. County Highways for the period <br />commencing July 1, 1957 and ending January 1, 1958; and <br />Whereas, a copy of said resolution has been forwarded to the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro, which council is the governing board <br />thereof and <br />Whereas, the provisions of the aforesaid Article 3 of Chapter 9 of <br />Division 2 of the Streets and Highways Code provide that such included <br />portions of highways lying in whole or in part within a city may be in - <br />eluded as a part of the county highwaya <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />ORDAIN as follows° <br />Section 1, That. this City Council hereby consents to the e9tablishm <br />ment of all highways which were County Highways within the areas identified <br />as "Mulford Gardens" at the time of annexation thereof to the City of San <br />Leandro on the 28th day of May, 1957, as certified by Frank M.
