Said territory is designated and identified for said election pur- poses and for use on the ballots at said election as ','Mulford Gardens". For the purpose of said special election, said territory has been divided into three (3) consolidated election precincts, and the general state and county election precincts into which said City is divided for general state and county election purposes have: been consolidated ashere- inafter provided.
