NOTICE OF INTENTION <br />TO CIRCULATE PETITION RELATING TO ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN <br />TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO UNDER THE ANNEXATION <br />ACT OF 1913 <br />(Mulford Gardens) <br />The undersigned proponents of a petition relating to annexation <br />of certain inhabited territory to the City of San Leandro, under the <br />Annexation Act of 19135 hereby give notice of intention to circulate <br />said petition in the County of Alameda. The territory sought to be <br />annexed is designated as "Mulford Gardens" and is described as <br />follows: <br />All that land situated in the township of Eden, county of Alameda, <br />state of California, and particularly described as follows: <br />
