Adequate zoning protection. <br />2. Reduced fire insurance rates, <br />3. Reduced natural gas rates. <br />4. Better police protection. <br />5. Free use of San Leandro Public Library. <br />6. Become residents of a well established City which has a large <br />industrial section which insures a firm and very adequate as- <br />sessed valuation on which adequate tax revenue may be raised <br />in order to successfully operate a city without forcing hard- <br />ships upon anyone. <br />7.
