IN °THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. gd j, CoM.S. <br />RESOLUTION GIVING CONSENT TO ANNEXATION OF MULFORD GARDENS <br />Whereas, certain persons have requested permission to circulate <br />a petition for the annexation of Mulford Gardens, an improved in— <br />habited area, to the City of San Leandro- and <br />Whereas, such request has been referred to the City Planning <br />Commission- and <br />Whereas, the Planning Commission has recommended that said area <br />be annexed: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That consent is hereby given to the circulation of said petition <br />and to the annexation of said territory to the City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Councilman and passed and <br />adopted this 25th day of October, 1956, by the following called vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: <br />Noes: Councilmen. <br />Absent: Councilmen: <br />Mayor of the City of San Leandro <br />Attest: <br />H.
