JEST FOR CONSENT TO THE COMK 3T <br />OF ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS <br />To the Honorable City Council <br />of the City of San Leandro <br />cw'ntlemeno <br />The undersigned and a. number of other persons desire to commence <br />proceedings for the annexation of that certain territory described in <br />Schedule A hereof pursuant to the Annexation Act of 1913 and in connec- <br />tion therewith petition the City Council of the City of San Leandro to <br />give its consent to the commencement of such proceedings, <br />Said territory is inhabited and is contiguous to the City of San <br />Leandro. Attached hereto and made a part hereof is a map showing pro- <br />posed annexation of Mulford Gardens and vincinity. Also attached and <br />made a part hereof is a legal description of the property which we are <br />requesting be annexed to the City of San Leandro. <br />Respectfully yours, <br />
