SCHEDUL7 <br />E "A" 4k'`�' V 4 y <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION <br />OF <br />MULFORD GARDENS AND VICINITY <br />REAL PROPERTY situated in the Township of Eden, County of Alameda., <br />State of California, described as follows: <br />CO1`.MENCING at the point of intersection of the northeasterly line of <br />Menlo Street, as widened by Theodore Le Roy in 1879 so as to be 100 feet <br />wide, with the centerline of Second Avenue (West Avenue 137), said line <br />of Menlo Street being on the westerly boundary line of the area annexed to <br />the City of San Leandro under Ordinance No. 8L9 N.S., as per map filed <br />January 102 1952 in Book 32 of naps at page 34 thereof, Records of Alameda <br />County, California; thence along the direct production south 620 30' west <br />of said centerline of Second Avenue (West Avenue 137) and along the south- <br />easterly line of Second Avenue as per "Map of Mulford Gardens Manor Alameda <br />County., Californiag" filed May 1, 1929 in Book 8 of leaps at page 5 thereof., <br />Records of Alameda County, California, a distance of 2635.00 feet, more or <br />less, to the southwest line of Aurora Drive (Kenmore Avenue); thence along <br />the boundary of said Mulford Gardens Manor the following courses and <br />distances: north 270 30' west 200.30 feet, south 620 30' west 350.00 feet <br />and north 270 30' west 797.40 feet to the southeasterly line of Mulford <br />Gardens Addition as shown on the "Map of Mulford Gardens Addition Alameda <br />,County., Californiar't filed February 1, 1928 in Book 7 of Maps at page 55 <br />thereof., Records of Alameda County, California; thence along the boundary <br />of said Mulford Gardens Addition the following courses and distances: south <br />620 30' west 425.00 feet; north 270 30' west 423.00 feet; south 620 30' west <br />300.00 feet; north 270 30' west 609.50 feet to the southeasterly line of <br />First Avenue (West Avenue 132); south 620 301 west 479.57 feet to the westerly <br />line of the Rancho San Leandro and north 90 47' west along the last mentioned <br />line 31.1L9 feet, more or less, to the centerline of said First Avenue (west <br />Avenue 132); thence west 3597.13 feet, more or less., parallel with the <br />southerly line of lots 11, 12, 133 14, 153 16 and 9 in Section 4, Township <br />3 south., Range 3 west, mount Diablo Base and Meridian, as the said lots and <br />section are shown on the "Sale Map No. 10 of Salt Marsh and Tide Lands f <br />situate in the County of Alameda, State of California'" Z14ii June 9, 1888 <br />in Book 17 of Maps at page 30 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, <br />to the intersection thereof with a line drawn parallel with and distant at <br />right angles 220.00 feet northeasterly from the westerly boundary line of <br />Tide Land Lots as shown on the aforesaid Sale reap No. 10; thence along said <br />parallel line south 21' 48' east to the intersection thereof with a line <br />drawn south 330 41' east, parallel and distant at right angles 220.00 feet <br />northeasterly from the said westerly boundary line of Tide Land Lots as shown <br />on the aforesaid Sale Map No. 10; thence along said parallel line south 330 <br />41' east to the intersection thereof with the production north 440 east of a <br />line drawn parallel with and distant at right angles 220.00 feet southeasterly <br />from the southeastern boundary line of the area annexed to the City of San <br />Leandro under Ordinance No. 976 N.S., as per map filed July 299 1955 in Book <br />32 of Maps at page 94A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence <br />south 440 west along said production to the direct production south 330 41' <br />east of the northeasterly boundary line of the last said area annexed; <br />thence northwesterly along said production and along said boundary line to <br />an intersection thereof with the southeasterly boundary line of the area <br />annexed to the City of San Leandro under Ordinance No. 925 N.S. as per Map <br />filed March 15, 1954 in Hook 32 of Maps at page 17A thereof, Records of <br />Alameda County, California; thence northeasterly along said boundary line <br />-1- <br />
