Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />BEGINNING on the northern line of Beatrice Street at <br />a point on the City of San Leandro boundary line as estab- <br />lished by Ordinance No. 1O52N.3. as shown on the map entitled <br />1111ap Delineating Boundary of Territory Annexed to the City of <br />San Leandro, California, by Ordinance No. 1052 N.S. under <br />Annexation Act of 1913" filed June 28 , 1957 in Book hO of <br />Maps, page 2A, Alameda County Records, said Point being the <br />southwestern corner of that certain parcel of land described <br />in deed from Robert H. Jacobs et ux, to the State of Calif- <br />ornia, recorded September 13, 1950 in Volume 6225, page 73, <br />Official Records of Alameda County; thence along the said City <br />of San Leandro boundary line the three following courses: <br />south 870 48' west b1.79 feet along the aforementioned horthern <br />line of Beatrice Street; thence south 20 12' east 50.00 feet to <br />the southern line of said Beatrice Street; thence along the <br />said southern line of Beatrice Street north 870 48' east 60.90 <br />feet; thence north 20 12' west 50.81 feet to the said City of <br />San Leandro boundary line; thence along the said City of San <br />Leandro boundary line the following courses: from a tangent <br />that bears south 800 31' 10" west along a curve to the right <br />with a radius of 100 feet, through an angle of 70 16' 50", an <br />arc length of 12.71 feet to a tangent line, said tangent line <br />being the said northern line of Beatrice Street; thence south <br />along the said northern line of Beatrice Street south 870 48' <br />west 6.44 feet to the point of beginning. <br />LD 63-29 <br />Parcel 2 <br />
