Accordingly, <br />enclosed is a duplicate original of that agreement. <br />Your copy does not include copy of your Resolution <br />No. 2041 C.M.S. nor of two resolutions of the Board <br />of Port Commissioners, namely No. B2915 dated <br />November 3, 1952, which authorized the President and <br />Secretary to execute and Attest the agreement, and <br />No. B3062 dated February 2, 1953 authorizing the <br />recordation of the agreement. <br />Very truly yours, <br />.
