12/16/5I ( 4 ) dw tf i / :re 8(I(;K FA�AT` QUITCLAIM DEED THIS INDENTURE made this 20th day of December, 1954, by and between the CITY OF OAKLAND, a municipal corporation of the State of California, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners, Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO., a municipal corporation of the State of California, Grantee, W I T N E S S E T H: WHERFA;, pursuant to Port Ordinance No. 906, adopted by the Board of Port Commissioners on September 7, 1954, the President of the Loard of Port Commissioners was authorized to execute, and the Secretary of said Board to attest a con- veyance to the City of San Leandro of certain real property therein and hereinafter described in furtherance of certain Provisions of that certain agreement of said Board with said City of San Leandro dated October 18, 1948 providing for an exchange of lands In their mutual interests. NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor does hereby REMISE, RELEASE and QUITCLAIM unto seid. Grantee, its sucr:essors and assigns, all the right, title and interest of the Grantor in and to all that certain real property situate in the Township of Eden (City of San Leandro), County of Alameda, State of California, and particularly described as follows: -Beginning at a point at the intersection of the southwesterly production of the southeastern boundary line of Davis Street (formerly County Road No. 5952) with the easterly boundary line of tide Lot No. 18 in Section 33, Town- ship 2 South, Range 3 West, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian as said Tide Lots ere shown on "Sale Map No. 10 of Salt Marsh and Tide Lands situate in the County of Alameda, State of California" filed June 9, 1888 in the office of the County Re- corder of Alameda County in Map Book 17, Page 30, and running thence north- westerly along said tide lot line to its intersection with the southwest- erly boivadary line of Davis Street 4
