IV <br />�M• <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTIC V N0, 2639 C.M-S o <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED <br />(City of Oakland) <br />Whereas, there has been presented to this Council a certain <br />Deed dated December 20, 1954, to a parcel of land more fully des- <br />cribed in said Deed to the same executed by the City of Oakland, <br />a municipal corporation, acting by and through its Board of Port <br />Commissioners to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, <br />duly acknowledged and delivered to the City of San Leandro: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows'. <br />That said Deed and the land therein described be and the <br />same is hereby accepted by the said City of San Leandro, <br />Introduced by Councilman Dunnigan and passed and <br />adopted this 2d day of May, 1955, by the following called voted <br />Ayes: Councilmen'. Belli,ni, Dunnigan, Frazier, Kant, <br />Swift, Vlahos, Knick <br />Noes: Councilmen: None <br />Absent'.
