IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN IMDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2636 C.M.S. <br />RESOLUTICK ACCEPTING DEED r% jI lei +` ' Ll' �� <br />(City of Oakland) <br />Whereas, there has been presented to this Council a certain <br />Deed dated December 20, 1954, to a parcel of land more fully des— <br />cribed in the said Deed to the same executed by the City of Oakland, <br />a municipal corporation, acting by and through its Board of Port <br />Commissioners to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, <br />duly acknowledged and delivered to the City of San Leandro. - <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said Deed and the land therein described be and the same <br />is hereby accepted by the said City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Councilman jaA and passed and <br />adapted this 2d dqy of May, 1955, by the following called votes. <br />Ayes s.
