r <br />l) VGA <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN IFMDRO <br />RESOLUTION 140a 2638 Comes. _J <br />RESOLUTICK ACCEPTING DEED <br />(City of Oakland) <br />Whereas, there has been presented to this Council a certain <br />\ Deed dated December 20, 1954, to a parcel of land more fully des- <br />cribed in the said Deed to the same executed by the City of Oakland, <br />a municipal corporation, acting by and through its Board of Port <br />Commissioners to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, <br />duly acknowledged and delivered to the City of San Leandroe <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said Deed and the land therein described be and the same <br />is hereby accepted by the said City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Councilman Sant <br />and passed and <br />adopted this 2d day of Moor, 1955, by the following called votes <br />Ayes*.
