IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3653 C.M.S. <br />RESOLUTION AUTHaUZING ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT <br />(Outfall Sewer Easement) <br />Whereas, the State Lands Commission of the State of California <br />has presented to this Council a proposed easement to certain lands <br />for a period of 49 years aver, in and upon certain tide and submerged <br />lands situated in the County of Alameda, State of California, and <br />particularly described in such proposed easement, said easement to <br />be used only for the construction, operation and maintenance of the <br />sewer outfall thereon and therein; <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said City Council hereby authorizes the acceptance of said <br />easement and authorizes and directs the Mayor of the City of San <br />Leandro to accept the same on behalf of the City of San Leandro, and <br />further directs the City Clerk of the City of San Leandro to attest <br />such acceptance by the Mayor. <br />Introduced by Councilman <br />adopted this 7,,h day of <br />called vote: <br />Swift and passed and <br />July , 1958, by the following <br />`Ayes° Councilmen: Cheatham, Frazier, Gill, Kant, <br />Swift, Taylor, Maltester (7 <br />Noes: Councilmen: None ( 0 <br />Absent: Counci lmen: None <br />( 0 ) <br />FCayor o t e ty o an eanaro <br />Attest: <br />. ur ank, ity ler <br />7/2/58/nf <br />
