BEGINA?TNG at the intersection of the southwestern boundary line
<br />of the land annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No,
<br />763 N.S. and as shown on that certain map entitled, "Map Delineating
<br />Boundary of Territory Annexed to the City of San Leandro, Cali—
<br />fornia by Ordinance No. 763 N.S. Under Annexation of Uninhabited
<br />Territory Act of 1939", filed August 12, 1948 in Book 17 of Maps
<br />page 21, Records of Alameda County, California, with the south line
<br />of Davis Street also known as County Road No. 5952, as it exists in
<br />Tide Lots 14 and 15 in Section 33, Township 2 South, Range 3 west,
<br />Mount Diablo Base and Meridian as shown on "Sale Map No, 10 of Salt
<br />Marsh and Tide Lands" etc., filed June 9, 1888 in Book 17 of Maps
<br />at page 30 in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County;
<br />thence southeasterly along the southwestern boundary line of the
<br />land annexed to the City of San Leandro by said Ordinance No. 763
<br />N.S. to the south boundary line of said Tide Lot 15; thence westerly
<br />along the south boundary line of said Tide Lots 15 and 14 to its
<br />intersection with the northwestern boundary line of that certain
<br />parcel of land conveyed to the City of San Leandro, a municipal
<br />corporation, by the City of Oakland, a municipal corporation, by
<br />deed dated March 10, 1952 and recorded March 20, 1952 in Book 6685
<br />at page 443, Official Records of Alameda County, said northwestern
<br />boundary line being also the City of San Leandro boundary line as
<br />established by Ordinance No. 925 N.S. and as shown on that certain
<br />map entitled, "Map Delineating Boundary of the Territory Annexed to
<br />the City of San Leandro, California, by Ordinance No. 925 N.S. Under
<br />Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939", filed March 15,
<br />1954 in Map Book 32, page 17A Records of Alameda County, California,
<br />said point of intersection being distant 454.73 feet east of the
<br />southwest corner of said Tide Lot 14; thence along said northwestern
<br />boundary line south 730 301 40" west a distance of 2139.56 feet to
<br />the City of Oakland Boundary line as said boundary line established
<br />by the City of Oakland by Ordinance No. 4550 C.M.S., filed
<br />in Book of Maps at page Records of Alameda County, Cali—
<br />fornia; thence north 55° 151 44" east a distance of 1943.19 feet
<br />along the said City of Oakland boundary line to the west boundary
<br />line of said Tide Lot 14; thence along said west boundary line, said
<br />line being also the said City of Oakland boundary line, north a
<br />distance of 50.00 feet to the north line of said Davis Street (County
<br />Road No. 5952); thence east along said north line, and its extension,
<br />said line and its extension being also the said City of Oakland bound—
<br />ary line, to the southwestern boundary of the City of San Leandro as
<br />established by said Ordinance No. 763 N.S.; thence southeasterly and
<br />southwesterly along said San Leandro boundary line to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />Section 4. A new section to be known as Section 93 is hereby added to
<br />Title VII, Chapter 2, of the San Leandro Municipal Code, to read as follows:
<br />"Section 93. On July 11, , 1955, by Ordinance No. 975 N.S.
<br />the Property Opposite the Sewage Treatment Plant (Unit No. 62) was annexed to
<br />this City."
<br />Section 5. This Ordinance shall be published once, prior to its final
<br />passage, in the official newspaper of this City, and shall take effect upon
<br />its adoption.
