IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOUITION NO. " C,M.S. <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SUBMIT A <br />PROPOSAL TO THE BOUNDARY COMMISSION FOR THE AN- <br />NEXATION OF CITY OF SAN LEANDRO PROPERTY OPPOSITE <br />THE SEWAGE TREATMENT -PLANT, UNIT NO. 62 <br />Whereas, the City of San Leandro is the owner in fee of approximately 21.58 <br />acres of land located near the Sewage Treatment Plants and <br />Whereas, it is highly desirable that said territory be annexed to the <br />City of San Leandro in order that the City0s police powers may be extended <br />thereover and that proper use may be made of said lands in conformity with <br />the Master Plan for the development of the City of San Leandros <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows% <br />That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to submit <br />a proposal for the annexation of said territory to the Boundary Commission <br />of Alameda County for its report on the definiteness and certainty of the <br />boundary of such territory. <br />Introduced by Councilman DGMAWS <br />and passed <br />and adopted this 4th day of April, 1955, by the following called votes <br />Ayess Councilmen-. ft3.Urtj Its, IrT64W,, ZWt, SULfto <br />Tub"# I" <br />Noess Councilmen% 8 W <br />Absents Councilmen-. am <br />f <br />Attest-. <br />16 X. -ity Clerk <br />(7) <br />4/l/55/a <br />
