BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Lot 24 in section 33, <br />To 2 So, R. 3 W., M.D.M., as said lot is shown on "Sale Map <br />No. 10 of Salt Marsh and Tide Lands, situate in the County <br />of Alameda, State of California", filed June 9, 1888 in the <br />Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County in Map Book <br />17, page 30, said southwest corner being also on the City of <br />San Leandro boundary line as established by Ordinance No. 925 <br />N.S. and as shown on that certain map entitled: "Map Delin- <br />eating Boundary of the Territory Annexed to the City of San <br />Leandro, California, by Ordinance No. 925 N.S. Under Annexa- <br />tion of Uninhabited Territory Act. of 1939" filed March 15, <br />1954 in Map Book 32, page 17A Records of Alameda County, <br />California; thence along the westerly line of Tide Lots as <br />they are designated on said Sale Map No. 10 south 21. 481 east <br />7108.20 feet; thence south 33' 411 east 4085e51 feet; thence <br />south 440 west 307.08 feet; thence north 330 411 west 4182.23 <br />feet; thence north 21" 48, west 7368.17 feet; thence north <br />73° 301 4011 east 52.27 feet to the said City of San Leandro <br />boundary line as established by Ordinance No. 925 N.S.; thence <br />along the last mentioned line south 690 43' east 334.09 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />Section 4. A new section 94 is hereby added to Title VII, Chapter 2, <br />of the San Leandro Municipal Code, to read as follows - <br />"Section 94e On July 11, , 1955, by Ordinance No. 976 N.S. the <br />Outfall Sewer Channel (Unit No. 63) was annexed to this City." <br />Section 5.
