<br />the deed by Kaiser Community Homes to John Deere Plow Company of Moline, dated
<br />August 14, 1950, recorded October 192 1950s in Book 6259 of Official Records of
<br />Alameda County, at page 113; thence south 280 131 56" east along the last mentioned
<br />line and along the said City of San Leandro boundary line 1,519.75 feet, more or
<br />less, to the southeastern line of the parcel of land described as Parcel No. 1
<br />indeed from Kaiser Community Homes to the Central Pacific ttailway Company,
<br />recorded April 7, 1949, in Book 5769 of Official records of Alameda County, at
<br />page 547; thence north 610 53' 18" east along the last mentioned line and along
<br />the southeastern boundary line of the said area annexed to the City of San Leandro
<br />by Ordinance Noy 853 N.S. a distance of 313.20 feet to the northeastern line of
<br />the tract of land described in the deed by Kaiser Community Homes to John Deere
<br />Plow Company, dated March 29, 1949, recorded April 7, 1949 in Book 5769 of Official
<br />Records of Alameda County at page 556, said line being also the southwestern
<br />boundary line of the said area annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No.
<br />853 N.S.; thence south 260 131 56" east along the last mentioned line 512.03 feet
<br />to the southeastern line of the parcel of land described in the deed by H.B. Higgins
<br />to Oakland Title Insurance and Guaranty Company, dated June 12, 1946, recorded
<br />June 19, 1946 in Book 4906 of Official Records of Alameda County, page 364 (TT/51703);
<br />said line being also the southeastern boundary line of the said area annexed to the
<br />City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 853 NHS.; thence south 610 531 18" west along
<br />the last mentioned line 774.41 feet, more or less, to the northeastern line of
<br />the parcel of land firstly described in the deed by Eugene Rene Leroy and Andre
<br />Leroy to State of California, dated January 6, 1950 and recorded March 8, 1951
<br />in Book 6378 of Official Records of Alameda County page 285 (AF/19786); thence
<br />along the last named line as follows: north 490 24' 26" west 842.67 feet, more
<br />or less, to an angle point therein; north 460 32' 41" west 500.63 feet; north
<br />490 249 26" west 199.66 feet; northwesterly and northerly along a tangent curve
<br />concave to the east with a radius of 270.00 feet and a central angle of 600 089 50",
<br />a distance of 283.44 feet; tangent to last said curve north 100 449 24" east
<br />335.14 feet; northerly and northeasterly along a tangent curve concave to the
<br />southeast with a radius of 100.00 feet and a central angle of 510 041 20, a
<br />distance of 89.14 feet; and tangent to last said curve north 610 482 44" east
<br />196,83 feet, more or less, to the direct production southeasterly of the south-
<br />western boundary line of the area annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance
<br />No. 956 N.S. as per map filed January 19, 1955, in Book 32 of Maps at page 57A,
<br />Records of Alameda County, California; thence north 280 110 161, west along said
<br />production a distance of 20.00 feet, more or less, to the southeastern line of
<br />said First Avenue, said line of First Avenue being also the southeastern
<br />boundary line of the said area annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance
<br />No. 956 N.S.; thence north 610 481 44" east along the last mentioned line 440.00
<br />feet, more or less, to the City of San Leandro boundary line as established by
<br />Ordinance No. 971 N.S. as per map filed June 27, 1955 in Book 32 of Maps at
<br />page 83A, Records of Alameda County, California; thence continuing north 610 489 44"
<br />east along last said boundary line and along the said line of First Avenue a
<br />distance of 0.08 feet; thence continuing north 610 48, 44" east along the said
<br />southeastern line of First Avenue 27.48 feet, more or less, to the point of
<br />beginning.
