All that land situated in the Township of Eden, County of Alameda,

<br />nue (West Avenue 132) with the southwestern line of the area annexed to
<br />the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 853 N.S. as per Map filed Jan-
<br />uary 31, 1952 in Book 32 of Maps at Page 39, Records of Alameda County,
<br />California, said last mentioned line being the northeastern line of the
<br />strip of land 4.05 feet wide described in the deed by Kaiser Community
<br />Homes to John Deere Plow Company of Moline, dated August 14, 1950,.re-
<br />corded October 19, 1950, in Book 6259 of Official Records of Alameda
<br />County, at page 113; thence south 280 13' 56" east along the last men-
<br />tioned line and along the said City of San Leandro boundary line 1,519.75
<br />feet, more or less, to the southeastern line of the parcel of land de-
<br />scribed as Parcel No. 1 in deed from Kaiser Community Homes to the Central
<br />Pacific Railway Company, recorded April 7, 1949, in Book 5769 of Official
<br />Records of Alameda County, at page 547; thence north 610 53' 18" east
<br />along the last mentioned line and along the southeastern boundary line of
<br />the said area annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 853 N.S.
<br />a distance of 313.20 feet to the northeastern line of the tract of land
<br />described in the deed by Kaiser Community Homes to John Deere Plow Com-
<br />pany, dated March 28, 1949, recorded April 7, 1949 in Book 5769 of
<br />Official Records of Alameda County at page 556, said line being also the
<br />southwestern boundary line of the said area annexed to the City of San
<br />Leandro by Ordinance No. 853 N.S.; thence south 280 13' 56" east along
<br />the last mentioned line 512.03 feet to the southeastern line of the par-
<br />cel of land described in the deed by H. B. Higgins to Oakland Title In-
<br />surance and Guaranty Company, dated June 12, 1946, recorded June 19,
<br />1946 in Book 4906 of Official Records of Alameda County, page 364
<br />(TT/51703); said line being also designated as "S 610 53' 18" W 774.41"'
<br />on the map of the aforesaid area annexed to the City of San Leandro by
<br />Ordinance No. 853 N.S.; thence south 610 53' 18" west along the last
<br />mentioned line 774.41 feet, more or less, to the northeastern line of
<br />the State Freeway, District IV, Alameda County, Route 69, Section C;
<br />thence along the last named line as follows: north 490 24' 26" west
<br />842.67 feet, more or less, to an angle point therein; north 460 32'
<br />41" west 500.63 feet; north 490 24' 26" west 199.66 feet; northwesterly
<br />and northerly along a tangent curve concave to the east with a radius
<br />of 270.00 feet and a central angle of 600 081 50", a distance of 283.44
<br />feet; tangent to last said curve north 100 44' 24" east 335.14 feet;
<br />northerly and northeasterly along a tangent curve concave to the south-
<br />east with a radius of 100.00 feet and a central angle of 510 04' 2011, a
<br />distance of 89.14 feet; and tangent to last said curve north 610 48'
<br />44" east 196.83 feet, more or less, to the direct production south-
<br />easterly of the southwestern boundary line of the area annexed to the
<br />City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 956 N.S. as per map filed January
<br />19, 1955, in Book 32 of Maps at page 57A, Records of Alameda County,
<br />California; thence north 280 11' 16" west along said production a
<br />distance of 20.00 feet, more or less, to the southeastern line of
<br />said First Avenue, said line of First Avenue being also the south-
<br />eastern boundary line of the said area annexed to the City of San
<br />Leandro by Ordinance No. 956 N.S.; thence north 610 48' 44" east a-
<br />long the last mentioned line 440.00 feet, more or less, to the City
<br />of S?n Leandro boundary line as established by Ordinance No. 971 N.S.
<br />as per rep filed June 27, 1955 in Book 32 of Maps at page 83A, Records
<br />of Alameda County, California; thence continuing north 610 48' 44"
<br />east along last said boundary line and along the aforesaid southeastern
<br />line of First Avenue a distance of 0.08 feet; thence continuing north
<br />610 48' 44" east along said southeastern line of First Avenue 27.48
<br />feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
