That at any time not later than the hour set for hearing objections to the proposed annexation, any owner of property within the territory proposed to be annexed may file written protest against the proposed annexation. Such protest shall state the name of the owner of the property affected thereby and the de- scription and area of such property in general terms; That the territory herein referred to is uninhabited and is contiguous to the present boundary line of the City; That the boundaries of the territory hereinabove proposed to be annexed are specifically -+escribed as all that land situated in the Township of Eden, County of Alameda, State of California bounded as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southeastern line of First Ave- nue (West Avenue 132) with the southwestern line of the area annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 853 N.S. as per Map filed Jan- uary 31, 1952 in Book 32 of Maps at Page 39, Records of Alameda County, California, said last mentioned line being the northeastern line of the strip of land 4.05 feet wide described in the deed by Kaiser Community Homes to John Deere Plow Company of Moline, dated August 14, 1950, re- corded October 19, 1950, in Book 6259 of Official Records of Alameda County, at page 113; thence south 280 13' 56" east along the last men- tioned line and along the said City of San Leandro boundary line 1,519.75 feet, more or less, to the southeastern line of the parcel of land de- scribed as Parcel No. 1 in deed from Kaiser Community Homes to the Central Pacific Railway Company, recorded April 7, 1949, in Book 5769 of Official Records of Alameda County, at page 547; thence north 610 53' 18" east along the last mentioned line and along the southeastern boundary line of the said area annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 853 N.S. a distance of 313.20 feet to the northeastern line of the tract of land described in the deed by Kaiser Community Homes to John Deere Plow Com- pany, dated March 28, 1949, recorded April 7, 1949 in Book 5769 of Official Records of Alameda County at page 556, said line being also the southwestern boundary line of the said area annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 853 N.S.; thence south 280 13' 56" east along the last mentioned line 512.03 feet to the southeastern line of the par- cel of land described in the deed by H.B. Higgins to Oakland Title In- surance and Guaranty Company, dated June 12, 1946, recorded June 19, 1946 in Book 4906 of Official Records of Alameda County, page 364 (TT/51703); said line being also designated as "S 610 53' 18" W 774.411" on the map of the aforesaid area annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 853 N.S.; thence south 610 53' 18" west along the last mentioned line 774.41 feet, more or less, to the northeastern line of the State Freeway, District IV, Alameda County, Route 69, Section C; thence along the last named line as follows: north 490 24' 26" west 842.67 feet, more or less, to an angle point therein; north 460 32' 41" west 500.63 feet; north 490 24' 26" west 199.66 feet; northwesterly and northerly along a tangent curve concave to the east with a radius of 270.00 feet and a central angle of 600 08' 5011, a distance of 283.44 feet; tangent to last said curve north 100 44' 24" east 335.14 feet; northerly and northeasterly along a tangent curve concave to the south- east with a radius of 100.00 feet and a central angle of 510 04' 2011, a distance of 89.14 feet; and tangent to last said curve north 610 48' 44" east 196.83 feet, more or less, to the direct production south- easterly of the southwestern boundary line of the area annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 956 N.S. as per map filed January -2-
