Alameda County Boundary Commission <br />Court House <br />12t.h & Oak Street <br />Oakland, California <br />Gentlemen. <br />The undersigned, City of San Leandro, proposes to initiate <br />proceedings to annex the hereinafter described territory on its <br />own motion. Said territory is contiguous to the City of San Leandro. <br />The proposal for the annexation of the hereinafter described parcel <br />of real property is hereby respectfully submitted to the Alameda <br />County Boundary Commission for a report to the City of San Leandro <br />by said Boundary Commission in accordance with law. <br />The real property hereby proposed to be annexed to the City of <br />San Leandro is all that land situated in the Township of Eden, County <br />of Alameda, State of California, more particularly described on the <br />annexed Schedule A, which Schedule A is hereunto attached, referred <br />to, and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth herein. <br />Iri Witness Whereof, the City of San Leandro has, by Resolution <br />of its City Council, duly adopted at a regular meeting thereof, au- <br />thorized and directed its Mayor to submit this proposal for annexa- <br />tion to the Alameda County Boundary Commission. <br />Datzd: 21957 <br />DEC <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />By <br />Thomas Oo Knick, <br />Mayor of the C i ty of San Lean <br />
