Section 3. That said territory, the annexation of which to the City <br />of San Leandro is herein approved, is all that land situate in the Town- <br />ship of Eden, County of Alameda, State of California, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the west line <br />of Hesperian Boulevard with the north line of Lewelling <br />Boulevard being on the City of San Leandro boundary line <br />as shown on the map entitled, "MAP DELINEATING BOUNDARY <br />OF TERRITORY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA, <br />BY ORDINANCE NO. 945 N.S. UNDER ANNEXATION ACT OF 1913"; <br />thence along the said north line of Lewelling boulevard <br />and City of San Leandro boundary line south 89' 30' 20" <br />west 198.81 feet, more or less, to the northeast line of <br />the Eastshore Freeway• thence along the last mentioned <br />line north 780 36' 20�' west 138.83 feet to a tangent curve <br />concave to the northeast and having a radius of 150.00 <br />feet; thence northwesterly 65.67 feet along said curve to <br />a tangent line; thence north 530 311 20" west 158.00 feet <br />along the last mentioned line to the actual point of be- <br />ginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing <br />along the last mentioned line north 530 31' 20" west <br />50.00 feet; thence leaving the said northeast line of <br />the Eastshore Freeway south 36' 28' hO" west 180.00 feet; <br />thence south 53' 31' 20" east 50.00 feet; thence north <br />360 28' 40" east 180.00 feet to the actual poirrt of be- <br />ginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 9,000 square <br />feet. <br />Section 4. A new section to be known as Section 7-2-207 is hereby <br />added to Title VII, Chapter 2, of the San Leandro PZunicipal Code, to <br />read as follows: <br />"Section 7-2-207: , On April 7 , 1958, by Ordinance No. 1123 <br />N.S. a Portion of Eastshore Freeway,(Unit 977) was annexed to this City." <br />Section 5. This Ordinance shall be published once, prior to its final <br />passage, in the official newspaper of this City, and shall take effect upon <br />its adoption. <br />Introduced by Councilman Bellini on the 24thday of March , <br />1958, and passed to print by the following called vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Bellini, Frazier, Gill, Kant, Maltester, <br />Swift, Knick ( 7 ) <br />Noes: Councilmen: None ( O ) <br />Absent: Councilmen: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: <br />H.
