May 28, 1965 <br />Alameda County Boundary Commission <br />Alarneda County Administrat;on Building <br />1221 Oak Street <br />Oakland, California 94612 <br />Re: Proposed Annexation of San Leandro Industrial District <br />Unit No. 88 (Robertson Truck -A -Ways, Inc.) <br />Gentlemen: <br />The sole owner of the enclosed territory within the proposed annexa- <br />tion having requested in writing annexat'on of said territory to the <br />City of San Leandro, the City of San Leandro proposes to annex to <br />the City, under the provis ons of Section 35416 of the Annexation of <br />Enclosed Territory Act of 1963, that parcel of landsituated in Lhe <br />unincorporated territory of the County of Alameda, State of Cali- <br />fornia, more particularly described on the map delineating the <br />boundary of said territory, marked "Exhibit A" and by LD-65-29, <br />Dwg. 33, Case 1502, marked ''Exhibit B," attached 'hereto. <br />The requisite notice of in,ention and accompanying documents have <br />been forwarded to i_he Local Agency Formation Commission of Alameda <br />County. <br />Please send the City's copy of your report and recommendation to <br />This office. <br />Very truly yours, <br />William G.
