City Attorney <br />SUBJECT Annexation - Robertson Truck A -ways Inc. <br />1 For your information, 1 contacted Mr. Barney Randolph, Robertson Truck A -ways, Inc., <br />2 this date, and discussed with him procedure for annexation of the enclosed property which <br />3 he occupies. In summary, I suggested that Mr. Randolph write a letter to the City re- <br />4 questing annexation of the particular property, referring to the property by its address, <br />5 and the block, lot, and parcel number. Upon receipt of the request the Engineering <br />6 Department will obtain the necessary legal description and prepare the necessary maps <br />7 which we will forward under appropriate cover to the Boundary Commission. When we have <br />a received the material from the Boundary Commission, under the recent procedures of the <br />9 Code relating to the annexation of enclosed territory, the Council may proceed to adopt <br />10 an ordinance annexing the property. <br />11 The contract between Mr. Randolph and the City for sewer service, together with a <br />12 resolution of the Council approving same, may be presented to the Council as soon as we <br />13 have the legal description of the subject property to attach to the Agreement. <br />14 j <br />15 <br />William b.
