IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64 - 289 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br />(Robertson Truck -A -Ways, Inc.) <br />Whereas, an Agreement with Robertson Truck -A -Ways, Inc. has <br />been presented to this Council; and <br />Whereas, the City Council is familiar with the contents <br />thereof; and <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended the execution of <br />said Agreement: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said Agreement be and the same hereby is approved and <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on <br />behalf of this City. <br />Introduced by Councilman Kant and passed and <br />adopted this 21st day of December, 1964, by the following called <br />vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Borre, Kant, Pomares, Suerstedt and Swift <br />Mayor: Maltester ( 6 ) <br />Noes: Councilmen: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: Councilmen: Taylor ( 1 ) <br />Jack D.
