all existing outstanding bonded indebtedness of the City of San Leandro and of any future bonded indebtedness that may be voted while this Agreement is in effect. Said service charge shall commence July 1, 1965, and continue thereafter until said service charge is replaced by taxes upon said property through and after annexation to the City of San Le- andro. It is expressly agreed that if the aforesaid pending annexation is completed as presently planned then this Agreement shall terminate upon said annexation becoming final and no payments shall accrue here- under. If, however, annexation is not completed until after such payments accrue, they shall continue hereunder until equivalent City taxes become payable by the Owner. Said service charges shall be computed by applying the then cur- rent City tax rate to the valuation of all Owner's property herein involved as shown on the assessment rolls of the County of Alameda and shall be paid at the same time and manner and subject to the same pen- alties for delinquency as City taxes upon similar property. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon July 1 of any year upon at least four months' written notice to the other party; in the event of such termination Owner agrees to disconnect at Owner's expense all sewer and other lines by which any municipal service shall have been provided, and agrees to save the City harmless for discon- tinuance of any or all municipal servicing rendered hereunder.
