1095 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71 - 246 <br />RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE DETACHMENT OF <br />CERTAIN TERRITORY FROM THE CITY OF HAYWARD AND <br />CONSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION THEREOF TO THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO (Trojan Bay Property) <br />Recitals <br />Certain territory hereinafter described is now situated in the City <br />of Hayward; <br />Said territory is owned by and contiguous to the City of San Leandro. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby consents to <br />the detachment from the City of Hayward of the territory specifically <br />described in "Exhibit A," attached hereto and incorporated herein, and <br />hereby consents to the annexation of said territory to the City of San <br />Leandro pursuant to Articles 1 and 4.5 of Title 4, Division 2, Part 2, <br />Chapter 1 of the Government Code of the State of California. <br />It Introduced by Councilman Nahm and passed and <br />adopted this 13th day of December, 1971, by the following called <br />vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen Kant, Nahm, Polvorosa, Pomares, Suerstedt; <br />Mayor Maltester ( 6 ) <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Councilman Coppa <br />( 0 ) <br />( 1 ) <br />s/Jack D.
