Consequently, the taxes cannot be <br />cancelled nor is it exempt property. See, Art. XIII §1 <br />of C3iiEornia Constitution. <br />San Leandro would like to annex tb is property. Of <br />course it will be simpler if Hayward would consent by reso- <br />lution to the annexation.
