-N- <br />1095 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71 - 247 <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO SUBMIT <br />PROPOSAL TO THE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION <br />AND TO FILE PETITION FOR ANNEXATION WITH THE <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA AND <br />DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO SIGN SAID PETITION <br />(Trojan Bay Property) <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to submit <br />to the Alameda County Local Agency Formation Commission a proposal for <br />the annexation of property described on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof; <br />That the City Attorney upon approval by said Commission of said pro- <br />posal shall file with the Board of Supervisors for the County of Alameda <br />the attached petition for annexation of said property to the City of San <br />Leandro; <br />That the Mayor shall sign said petition on behalf of the City prior <br />to its filing with the Board of Supervisors. <br />Introduced by Councilman Kant <br />and passed and adopted <br />this 13th day of December, 1971, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen Kant, Nahm, Polvorosa, Pomares, Suerstedt; <br />Mayor Maltester ( 6 ) <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Councilman Coppa <br />Attest: <br />s/Richard H.
