Real property in the City of Hayward, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the center line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company right of way (60 feet wide) with the monument line of Grant Avenue as said center line and monument line are shown on the map of Lorenzo Garden Acres, filed January 28, 1914 in Book 28 of Maps at page 46, Alameda County Records; thence along said monu- ment line.and its southwesterly prolongation, south 58° 51' 29" west 3427.46 feet (south 58' 51' 29" west being taken as the basis of bearings for the purpose of this description); thence at right angles, north 31° 08' 31" west 20.00 feet to the southwesterly prolongation of the northwest line of said Grant Avenue; thence north 890 01' 25" west 2427.06 feet to the southwest corner of Tide Land Survey No. 104, said corner also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along the last said line, north 89' 01' 25" west 306.47 feet,more or less, to the west line of Section 14, Township 3 south, Range 3 west, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, as said section is shown upon Sale Map No. 10 of Salt Marsh and Tide Lands, situate in the County of Alameda, State of California, prepared by the Board of Tide Land Commissioners, filed in Book 17 of Maps at page 30, Alameda County Records; thence along the west line of said Section 14, north 0° 58' 35" east 1217.00 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 9 in said Section 14; thence along the south line of said Lot 9, south 89' 01' 25" east 306.47 feet, more or less, to the west line of said Tide Land Survey No. 104; thence along the last said line, south 0° 58' 35" west 1217.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
