July 23, 1957 <br />Alameda County Boundary Commission <br />Court House <br />12th and Oak Streets <br />Oakland, California <br />Gentlemen: <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 35003 of the Government <br />Code of the State of California, you are hereby notified that the <br />undersigned proposes to ask the City of San Leandro to annex the <br />hereinafter described property to the City of San Leandro under <br />the provisions of Articles 1 and 5 of Chapter 1, Part 2, Division <br />2, Title 4 of the Government Code. <br />Will you please examine the annexed description and report <br />thereupon in accordance with law to the undersigned. <br />The real property hereby proposed to be annexed to the City <br />of San Leandro is all that land situated in the Township of Eden, <br />County of Alameda., State of California, more particularly described <br />on the annexed Schedule A. which Schedule A is hereunto attached, <br />referred to, and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth <br />herein. <br />Very truly yours, <br />UNITED CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS <br />
