<br />east line of First Avenue, formerly 'Test Avenue 132, as shaven on the above
<br />mentioned map; thence northeasterly 350-70 feet along the last mentioned
<br />line; thence southeasterly 993.66 feet to the City of San Leandro Boundary
<br />Line as established by Ordinance No. 845 N.S. and as shown on the map en-
<br />tp,tled, "MAP DELINEATING BOUNDARY OF TERRITORY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF SAN
<br />LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA, BY ORDINANCE NO. 845 N.S. UNDER ANNEXATION OF UNIN-

<br />page 27, Records of Alameda County, California; thence southwest�:rly 350.70
<br />feet, along the last mentioned line to the City of San Leandro Boundary Line
<br />as established by said Ordinance No. 852 N.S,; thence. northwesterly 993.66
<br />feet along the last mentioned line to the point of beginning.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains approximately 8 acres.
<br />Section 4. A new section to be known as Section 7-2-206 is hereby added
<br />to Title VII, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Municipal Code of 1957, to read as
<br />follows.
<br />"Section 7-2-206. On December 2 , 1957, by Ordinance No. 1103
<br />N.S., San Leandro Industrial District, Unit No. 76 (United Centrifugal
<br />Pumps) was annexed to this City."
<br />Section 5. The aforesaid property known as San Leandro Industrial District,
<br />Unit No. 76 is hereby zoned as Industrial or I District.
<br />Section 6. This Ordinance shall be published once, prior to its final
<br />passage in the official newspaper of this City, and shall take effect upon
<br />its adoption.
