Carden, a <br />Notary Public in and for said County and State, personally <br />appeared Ben Leal, Jr. and Lola Sabatini, known to me to <br />be the President and Secretary respectively of Washington <br />Manor Community Services District, a public district of the <br />Sate of California; Thomas 0. Kniek and H. H. Burbank, <br />known to me to be the Mayor and City Clerk respectively of <br />the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation; and <br />Thomas 0. Knick and H. H. Burbank, known to me to be the <br />Presiding Officer and Clerk of the San Leandro City Council, <br />the legislative body of the City of San Leandro; said public <br />district, municipal corporation, and City Council being the <br />public bodies that executed the within instrument and said <br />persons being 'known to me as the persons who executed the <br />within instrument on behalf of the public bodies therein <br />named respectively, and acknowledged to me that such public <br />bodies executed the same. <br />Mary Public in and for <br />said County and State <br />
