in Fund #5796 and Fund #7796, being the General Fund and the Bond <br />Fund respectively, be transferred to the District's new depositary of <br />funds, the Bank of America N. T. & S. A. in San Leandro, California, <br />as authorized by Government Code 61737.02. <br />8. The City should amend the By -Laws showing the new district officers, <br />regular meeting time, etc., as required by Government Codes 61221 and <br />61240. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL MATTERS <br />1. The Alameda County auditor should be advised that the November <br />bills shown in Resolution No. 71 adopted on December 18, 1957, are <br />approved by the City, and that the warrants should be returned to <br />the City for prompt mailing to payees. <br />2. Bills incurred in December, 1957, as follows, should be paid: <br />(a) Daily Pacific Building (no invoice yet) <br />(b) San Leandro Morning News (no invoice yet) <br />(c) Douglas R. Page, December, 1957 - $75.00 <br />(d) Lola Sabatini, December, 1957 - $33.60 <br />(e) P. G. & E, December, 1957 - $1542.45 <br />(f) Thyken & Smith, accountants, for September <br />30, 1957 - (audit) $42.50 <br />3. The City should be prepared to pay from either bond or general <br />funds of WASHINGTON MANOR COWL UNITY SERVICES DISTRICT the following: <br />(a) Thyken & Smith, final audit - estimated $50.00 <br />(b) Douglas R. Page, legal services regarding <br />winding up and transfer, - estimated $300.00 <br />(c) Final payments to Samson Construction Company - <br />estimated $2500.00 <br />(d) Remaining contract payments to Watkin & Sibbald - <br />estimated $17,000.00 <br />- 2- <br />
