Remaining Washington Manor bond and general funds should be <br />spent for permanent improvements on WASHINGTON MANOR PARK. <br />10. The City should make certain that henceforth it gets the rate <br />for incorporated areas for the street lights in Washington Manor. <br />11. No general taxes and no taxes of any kind are to be levied by <br />WASHINGTON MANOR COIMNITY SERVICES DISTRICT or by its new board of <br />directors, the SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL.
